Vintage Polish Rain Poncho with carry pouch  , in good condition , looks to be made of rubberized nylon ,steel snaps .Comes with canvas carry pouch dated 1964 . Also has several tent pegs and cord to use as a shelter , some discolouration on poncho . Great collectable item or use as is.
